The days are starting to warm up. Today I ran at midday when it was around 25°, which doesn’t feel like anything when you’re walking, but it’s pretty warm when running. Again took it easy, running 4.07 km in the 30 minutes at an average pace of 7:23 mins/km, average heart rate of 149 bpm.

Today, being day 63 is the end of week 9 of the 90 day run challenge. Again I stayed at 7:30 pace to rest my right anterior tibialis. Again I had no fatigue or pain in that muscle. I noticed something interesting, though. In the later kms, my heart rate was hovering around 151 bpm

Well I took my own advice from yesterday to not push the pace today and it worked. No pain or fatigue in my anterior tibialis. I aimed for 7:30 min/km, rather than my target heart rate. I also ran on the grass to change the stresses on my legs. Worked like a charm. So I
