Good run while pushing Jamie in the pram around Jackadder Lake. Ran 4.25km in the 30 minutes at an average pace of 7:04 mins/km, average heart rate of 152 bpm. At the start the heart rate monitor was having problems, jumping all over the place, which caused the 152, when it wasn’t that high. Definitely

It was a toss up whether to run in the early morning when it was warm or wait for the evening when it could possibly have cooled down or be stormy. Glad I waited. We had a few electrical storms during the day, so it was a lot cooler in the evening, but without rain.

49 days, 7 weeks down hey. Not too shabby. Unlike today’s run, which was a little disappointing, though not unexpected. I couldn’t reach 4 km today, which breaks an 11 day streak. I think it was due to a combination of the heat (about 28° Celsius) and a tasty, but filling lunch (thanks Steve lol).
