Good run while pushing Jamie in the pram around Jackadder Lake.
Ran 4.25km in the 30 minutes at an average pace of 7:04 mins/km, average heart rate of 152 bpm.
At the start the heart rate monitor was having problems, jumping all over the place, which caused the 152, when it wasn’t that high.
Definitely felt the effects of yesterday’s extra training. Legs felt pretty heavy through the middle part of today’s run, but there was no hint of the tibialis anterior fatigue that made me slow down yesterday.
Coming home, stuck waiting for traffic to clear so we could cross the road, we got attacked by magpies. Not ideal when I’ve got the baby in the pram, but I put the hood of the pram up and I guess they didn’t realise he was there.
