So here we go. Day 1 of the marathon challenge!
Was really stiff to start off with, still recovering from the 10km run I did 2 days ago. Running on an empty stomach didn’t help my speed either.
Clocked off 6km @ 40:16 in what feels like heat, but I know I’ll consider a cool day in a month. I walked for about 20 meters in the 5th km because I was really struggling.
This week is gonna be tough, but from experience it’ll be the toughest week of the whole program, barring injury or sickness.
