Phew, today was a warm one. Running at midday and pushing Jamie in the pram didn’t make it any cooler lol. But it was the only time I could run today, singing at a wedding, mowing the lawns and then watching the mighty West Coast Eagles play Collingwood in the preliminary finals. All in all a great day.
So with the heat and the pram, I’m a little surprised I did 3.41 km today in the 30 minutes, at average pace of 8:47 mins/km, average heart rate of 150 bpm.
I ran the whole time and pace was unusually consistent.
Week 2 is off to a good start.
