60 days already. Feels like a lot longer lol. I’m very glad I’m doing it, though, or there would be a number of days (today included) where I probably wouldn’t have run.
Just had a feeling of general malaise. Nothing particular, just generally sluggish.
Pushed Jamie in the pram around Jackadder Lake a few times today. Ended up doing 4.22 km in the 30 minutes at an average pace of 7:07 mins/km average heart rate of 150 bpm.
It’s funny: I feel like crap, and running felt like I was crawling (particularly when we ran straight into a head wind on part of the course – not pleasant when pushing a pram), but I’m still running significantly faster than I could just 60 days ago.
