Day 1 of the run challenge complete.
Ran 3.46km in the 30 minutes, keeping my heart rate below 152.
Average pace of 8:40 mins per km is quite a bit better than I was expecting. I did a heart rate test last week which worked out at almost 11 minutes per km at my target heart rate! Yes, that’s walking pace, so you can see why I was worried enough about it to start a 90 Day Test.
My Garmin has a cool feature where it beeps when my heart rate gets too high. For this challenge, it’s better for my heart rate to be too low than go too high.
